American supermodels Bella and Gigi Hadid revealed they had been robbed on holiday on the luxury Greek island of Mykonos and advised their thousands of followers to never go there.

“Mykonos film in,” Gigi Hadid, 24, wrote underneath the bikini photo. “Don’t let insta fool u. Got robbed. Never going back lol. Wouldn’t recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.”

Gigi Hadid made the revelation on her photography account, @gisposable, which she has been using to share family snaps from the trip.

It’s not the first time the Hadid sisters have holidayed on Mykonos, the Greek party island.

Their father, Mohamed Hadid, said the two models were “traumatised” by the robbery and that they had cut their trip short and flew out on a private plane as soon as possible.

Gigi and her 22-year-old sister Bella were in Mykonos celebrating their half-sister Alana’s 34th birthday. Their half-sister Marielle and their friends were also there.

“The house was robbed,” said their dad. “They (thieves) broke into the house and took personal things.”
