Willis owned the opulent property with wife Emma Heming, a model and actress. The couple recently renewed their vows there.

The sun-drenched estate stretches across 11 bedrooms in three separate houses. Willis and Heming completely revamped the luxurious property last year and it now features a great room and a movie theatre as well as proximity to more than 1,100 of Caribbean beach.

Other attractions on the property include a yoga pavilion and a pirate-themed children’s play area.

It is located in Parrot Cay, an island in the Caribbean British territory. If it sells for the asking price, it will set a new record for the islands.

Welcome to the party, pal: Bruce Willis’ Caribbean estate is made for entertaining

The property is luxuriously appointed, with a master suite spanning the entire second level, high-vaulted ceilings throughout, a sitting area and even a writing desk. The en-suite master bedroom offers a number of avenues for luxurious soaking, including a rain shower and free-standing bath tub.

Known as ‘The Residence’, the grounds also includes no less than four luxury pools, a fleet of buggies and coconut, papaya and banana trees studded across the site.

The 64-year-old star of The Sixth Sense, Pulp Fiction, Armaggedon and (of course) Die Hard, acquired the property in 2000 and developed it from scratch. He married Heming there in 2009.

The Residence goes The Whole Nine Yards in pursuit of tropical luxury

While his onscreen persona is most associated with crashing police cars into helicopters, abseiling skyscrapers and delivering terse one-liners while spraying bad guys with bullets, no such shenanigans take place at Willis’ Caribbean estate, which is very much designed with tranquility and upmarket seclusion in mind.

The gorgeous, largely unspoiled Turks and Caicos is an archipelago of islands in the Bahamas island chain and is around 600km (370 miles) from Cuba. It has a tiny population of just over 30,000 but has been popular with A-listers. Tom Cruise, Julia Roberts, Penelope Cruz, Janet Jackson, Keith Richards and Fashion Designer Donna Karan have all spent time on its photogenic white sands.

The property is listed by Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty and Nina Siegenthaler is the listing agent.
